1. Why should I invest in this system when most sites recommend that I try medication?
When you do a natural search for depression in the search engines, many of the paid and free websites that come up in the results are sites with free depression information but are all funded by major pharmaceutical companies. So you have to consider the source of the advice on those sites.
Keep in mind also, that I am in no way saying that you should not try an anti-depressant if that is what your physician recommends or if that is what you need to jump-start yourself to even start implementing this program. That is fine. 3. Will this system work for my teen or child with depression?
I recommend the implementation of this system with teens and/or children because of the many side effects of using antidepressants in this particular (age) population. This program is a great way for your child to build long-term success and live a productive and depression free life. But please remember that you should take your child to a physician and mental health professional for a one-on-one assessment AND you should not take yourself or your child off of any medication without talking to your physician first. There can be serious ramifications for some people who abruptly stop taking antidepressants. Same principles apply for the elderly.
4. How do I know that I have depression?

5. Can I buy a physical copy of this? I like to read in bed.
I love to read in bed too, but Naturally Depression Free is currently not available in hard or paperback. I highly recommend doing what I always do and that is to either print out the course at home, at Kinkos™, or the library and read it that way.
